HR Assoc has the ability to oversee the effective delivery of HR programs, proactively maximizing our contributions to the organization. This includes all areas of the organization’s human resource needs: employee relations, performance management and appraisal, recruitment, and staffing, career counseling, labor relations, training, surveys, background checks, drug tests, corporate and employee development. We also represent companies at EDD hearings.
