"Following your experiences with "Dialogue Racism" your view of the world will change- MINE DID! Regardless of how unbiased, non-prejudicial and non-racist you thought you were-"Dialogue Racism" will cause you to reexamine and re-evaluate your true feelings. Then, you will come away from your experience with a more in depth understanding and perspective of the real issues giving rise to racism in our society, and can become a larger part of the solution."

John P. Cratty, Fire Chief
Galesburg Fire Department

"Dialogue Racism is a powerful learning experience if you are willing to open both your heart and mind. Take a chance and see if you personal views align with the truth."

The Paper
As we spent the day with Tony Franklin, Rena Coleman, Jim Jacobs of Human Relations Associates, Inc., we learned the art of listening. We also learned to take an inward look at ourselves and to understand our strengths and vulnerabilities. We were empowered to take a look at how we interact with others and the world around us.
Our "diversity" training enabled us to face diversity in a thoughtful and reflective manner enabling us to take a long look at our own personal prejudices and narrow mindedness and realize the value of accepting those who may seem different from ourselves.

Bill Griffin, Former Principal
Gale School, Galesburg, Illinois
